Semua harta akan di taksirkan dari tarikh SKD dikeluarkan dalam tempoh 12 bulan.
Semua permohonan tuntutan balik/remisi kadar akan diputuskan dalam tempoh dua (2) bulan.
Semua permohonan pengecualian dari membayar cukai taksiran akan diputuskan dalam tempoh dua (2) bulan.
Semua permohonan penukaran pemilikan akan diputuskan dalam tempoh empat (4) minggu.
Semua carian dan pertanyaan mengenai cukai taksiran akan dijawab dalam tempoh tujuh (7) hari.
Semua permohonan untuk membuat pembetulan dalam senarai nilaian akan diputuskan dalam tempoh tujuh (7) hari.
Permohonan penyewaan hartanah Majlis diputuskan dalam tempoh satu (1) bulan.
Mengemukakan laporan kutipan semasa cukai pintu setiap bulan.
Mengemukan laporan kutipan cukai pintu tunggakan 1 kali sebulan.
Mengeluarkan notis E kepada pemilik cukai pintu yang gagal menjelaskan tunggakan 2 kali setahun.
